What You'll Be Doing: Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, following established treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, manual techniques (as appropriate within scope), and functional mobility training
Accurately document patient progress, response to treatment, and modifications in accordance with regulatory standards
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, caregivers, and medical professionals to ensure continuity of care
Follow structured clinical processes and adhere to compliance standards, including HIPAA regulations
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient therapy environment
Track and manage supplies and equipment to ensure readiness for patient care
