What we're seeking:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA

Active state licensure (or eligibility)

Previous experience working with K-12 students is highly valued

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, faculty, and families

Effective organizational and documentation abilities What you'll do:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments

Develop tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students

Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of speech and language disorders

Monitor student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success

Maintain detailed and timely records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
