Qualifications and Desired Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome Experience in pediatric or K-12 school-based settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy tools/platforms for remote service delivery SLPA certification and school-based experience are a plus Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Primary Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver direct therapy services in both in-person and virtual settings Document progress and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Supervise and consult with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapy skills and knowledge Embrace a full-time schedule that aligns with the school calendar, allowing you to make a lasting difference while maintaining work-life balance.
