This part-time contract opportunity is ideal for an SLP-CCC with a passion for collaborating with educators and supporting the growth of K-6 students. Serve a diverse caseload of approximately 20 students, presenting with a range of needs from mild/moderate to moderate/severe. Enjoy a flexible 13-hour workweek, conveniently split across 2 to 2.5 days, with a consistent daytime schedule from 8:00am to 2:45pm. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and certificate of clinical competence (CCC). Experience working in school settings preferred. Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech and language disorders in children. Able to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, families, and administrators. Comfortable managing a caseload with varying levels of need, including mild/moderate and moderate/severe communication challenges. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-6 students in both individual and small group settings. Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility meetings. Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP development and implementation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success in the classroom. Provide support and resources to staff and families as needed. This position runs from August 2026 through May 30, 2027, offering both continuity and work-life balance with its part-time, school-day schedule.
