Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

• Provide respiratory therapy services on a variable shift schedule across internal departments as needed
• Deliver specialized care within a Level 3 NICU environment, including management of critically ill neonates
• Operate and manage advanced ventilation equipment including nitric oxide, jet ventilation, and oscillator ventilation
• Adjust care delivery in accordance with campus acuity-based staffing ratios
• Float internally between departments as required to meet patient care needs

• Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Level 3 NICU experience required
• Demonstrated competency with nitric oxide, jet ventilation, and oscillator ventilation
• Ability to work variable shifts including every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement
• Must be flexible and willing to float between internal departments

• Prior travel contract experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Experience working in high-acuity neonatal or critical care environments
