Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Maine State license or compact state license as required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
  • Patient documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with geriatric and long-term care populations preferred.
