Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Michigan PTA state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restorative nursing programs and mobility training preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.
• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
