Job Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help residents with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills in an assisted living setting in Newport, VT. This role supports interdisciplinary care focused on functional independence and quality of life.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Vermont Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
- Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1630.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Scheduled for 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- May be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
