As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to help improve their independence and quality of life. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care.

Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
Document services accurately and timely
Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

To be successful in this role, you should be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD) and hold an active state OT license (or have the ability to obtain one). Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
