Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy. Conduct respiratory assessments and adjust care plans according to physician orders. Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated patient care. Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and health management. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols for safety and compliance. Qualifications: Valid, current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Active state respiratory care practitioner license (or eligibility for reciprocity in Ohio). Minimum of one year recent clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred.
