Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful contract role providing speech and language services to students ages 3 to 18 for the 2026-2027 school year. Deliver therapy across three locations near Gower, MO, supporting a mixed caseload with a focus on mild to moderate needs. Enjoy a flexible, part-time schedulewith 7.5-hour days, working two days a week (or three if applying as an SLPA, with supervision from an on-site SLP). Compensation for this role ranges from $40-$52 per hour, depending on experience and credentials. The contract runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, including Extended School Year (ESY) dates. Required Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or eligibility Consideration given to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA); SLPA applicants will require additional onsite supervision and an adjusted schedule Experience or strong interest in educational settings, teletherapy, or healthcare environments Ability to manage a diverse student caseload, primarily with mild to moderate needs, ages 3-18 Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Primary Responsibilities: Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized interventions for students across three school locations Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and provide data-driven reports Participate in eligibility, IEP meetings, and parent/caregiver communication Deliver services onsite and/or via telepractice as needed For SLPA applicants: work under the supervision of a CCC-SLP, collaborating to deliver direct services Every day, your expertise will help children build confidence, improve communication skills, and make progress toward their educational goals.
