Requirements Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is clinically curious, hardworking, and interested in becoming excellent at sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. Preferred qualities include: Strong interest in sports physical therapy Comfort working with active populations Willingness to learn and receive mentorship Strong communication skills Interest in strength training, conditioning, and return-to-sport progressions Desire to work in a team-based environment Sports residency training, SCS certification, CSCS certification, or athletic background is a plus, but not required Requirements: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Strong professional judgment and communication skills Interest in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy
