This contract position runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, offering a 37.5-hour workweek, with hours set from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. You'll play a vital role in a school-based setting, providing speech-language pathology services and guidance to both students and staff. Key Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Valid or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience in educational settings serving PreK-12th grade preferred Strong ability to supervise and mentor Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs) Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Comfortable managing a mixed caseload of approximately 150 students Primary Responsibilities: Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs Provide supervision and mentorship to three SLAs, ensuring quality of care and compliance Maintain thorough documentation as required by school and state guidelines Support a diverse student population with varied needs, adapting techniques as necessary Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students' lives while enjoying the structure of a consistent schedule during the school year.
