Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Epping, New Hampshire! This role is in person / onsite and includes travel to patients' homes for home health visits. Please review the details below and with an updated resume.

Position Type: Two month Contract

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay: $53.00 to $55.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:

Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home safety, and adaptive equipment needs

Provide occupational therapy services within scope of practice and according to the established plan of care

Evaluate patient functional status and all body systems as required for CMS documentation

Consult with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized therapy plans

Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition

Conduct patient assessments using diagnostic and prognostic functional ability testing

Travel throughout the day to patient homes and office locations as needed

Provide care in various home settings while maintaining professionalism andpassionate patient-centered care

Qualifications of the Occupational Therapist:

Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Hampshire

Registered OTR certification required

Current CPR certification

Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Strongmunication, documentation, andanizational skills
