The two full-time roles focus on a caseload that spans elementary and middle school students between Highlands Ranch and Parker, while the part-time role offers the chance to work with middle and high school students, dividing time between Castle Rock and Parker. Each position operates within one school building, fostering strong connections with your team and students alike. Required Qualifications: Active Colorado SLPA license Experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Knowledge of implementing individualized education plans under the supervision of an SLP Flexibility to adapt across different age groups and school environments Key Responsibilities: Support SLPs in providing therapy, following treatment plans and documentation protocols Work with diverse student populations to enhance communication skills Collaborate with educators and families to promote integrated student support Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reports Uphold ethical standards and stay current on best practices in school-based therapy Experience a supportive atmosphere where your expertise is valued and your daily work has a meaningful impact.
