This unique contract opportunity has immediate openings for three SLPAs: two full-time and one part-time. Key Qualifications: Active Colorado SLPA license required Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to varying student needs across grade levels Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP Support intervention plans to meet individualized education program (IEP) goals Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and session notes Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure comprehensive student support Travel between assigned schools within designated areas as needed Assignment Details: Begin August 12, 2026 and finish May 28, 2027 Two full-time roles at 37.5 hours per week, working with elementary and middle school students in a split assignment across Highlands Ranch and Parker One part-time role (three days/week), serving middle and high school students in Castle Rock and Parker Each SLPA will be placed in one building per assignment to promote continuity of care Picture yourself empowering students with communication challenges and being a key part of their educational success.
