Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location in Spokane Valley, WA. This role is for a home health setting and requires clinical autonomy, patient-centered documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Washington state OT license required to start the assignment.
- Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
- Experience using HCHB or similar home health EMR preferred.
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience serving patients across a county-based territory.
- Familiarity with home safety evaluations, ADL/IADL training, and durable medical equipment recommendations.
Assignment Details
- Workdays: Monday through Friday.
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Territory may include Spokane County and possible lower Stevens County; travel between patient homes required.
- EMR: HCHB.

Impacting Patient Care
Provide home-based occupational therapy services that enable patients to maintain independence and safety in their homes. You will manage caseloads, deliver individualized treatment plans, perform home safety and functional assessments, and coordinate with nurses and other providers to optimize outcomes.
