Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday Friday | Onsite

• Provide occupational therapy services across two facility locations on a split-schedule basis
• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence and quality of life
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
• Valid state or federally issued photo identification required
• Ability to work across multiple care settings within the same workweek
• Compliance with facility badging and identification requirements at all times

• Experience working in long-term care, skilled nursing, or veterans' care environments
• Familiarity with multi-site or split-schedule therapy assignments
