Contract | Full-Time | Days | MondayFriday | Field-Based (Home Health)

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across an extended service area
• Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
• Complete all clinical documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
• Utilize the HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) electronic medical records system for all documentation and scheduling
• Travel to patient homes within the designated service radius as required

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Washington
• Minimum of one year of home health experience
• Proficiency with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) software
• Ability to travel throughout an extended geographic service area (50+ miles from the Everett, WA office)
• Strong time management and documentation skills to meet next-day charting requirements

• Experience managing a high-volume home health caseload
• Familiarity with productivity-based scheduling models in a home health environment
