Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

BS completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

Local & travel allowed.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience:- Clinic setting experience preferred.- One (1) year ultrasound experience preferred.

Required Credentials: - Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required.

Preferred Credentials:- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.

Unit Details:- Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions; develops treatment plans, performs interventions, and evaluates patient progress.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
