We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Bluefield, Virginia. Our team provides individualized, evidence-based care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients while fostering a supportive environment where clinicians can thrive. Your Role Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care designed to restore function and maximize outcomes. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and referral sources to ensure coordinated care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing technology designed to support clinician efficiency. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Deliver therapeutic exercises, functional training, manual techniques, and patient education. Monitor patient performance and communicate progress toward goals with the Physical Therapist. Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and independence. Complete timely documentation while contributing to an outstanding patient experience.
