CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (includes AED). Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive physical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans. Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. Provide hands-on techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain. Apply therapeutic modalities and instruct patients on appropriate use of assistive devices. Educate patients and families on care plans and document patient status and progress accurately.
