Ref #: 9131796 Location: Montesano, WA Start date: June 29, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: Monday-Friday Rate: Local: $1,505 per week (35 hours) $43/hour Requirements: Valid, active Washington State Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license. Key responsibilities: Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed interventions and exercise programs. Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment as directed. Instruct patients and caregivers on exercise and home programs to support recovery. Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and communicate effectively with the PT and care team. Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies and procedures.
