Position Summary The Speech Pathologist provides onetoone, patientcentered care using advanced technology and clinical expertise in the home setting. Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers and home health aides. Candidates must be highly motivated, detailoriented, organized, technologically proficient and comfortable working autonomously.
