Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) General Pool - PRN

The Registered Respirory Therapist serves as an intrice member of the healthcare team Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relionship with the pient and their chosen support system, collaboring with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evalue individualized respirory plan of care th promotes optimal health or a comforting peaceful deh. The Registered Respirory Therapist utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the pient in naviging their health journey. The Registered Respirory Therapist accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures.

The Respirory Therapist II (RRT) General Pool team member will train and be available to work in least three (3) Novant Health acute respirory care locions within their established region.

• Educion: 2 Year / Associe Degree, Preferred. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree,preferred.
  
• Experience (Required): One year, required.
• Licensure/Certificion (Required): Current RCP licensure in approprie ste,required.
