Hope Networks Neurological Rehabilition department provides a supportive residential setting for pients recovering from brain or spinal cord injuries, enabling them to focus on their recovery goals. In this vital role, you will play a key part in our clients' journeys by fostering a positive, therapeutic mosphere through person-centered care. Anticiped Work Schedule

• Part-Time, Full-Time & On-Call positions available!
• Every other weekend availability required
• 1 st 7am-3pm
• 2 nd 3pm-11pm
• 3 rd 11pm-7am

Core Responsibilities

• Personal Care Support: Assist with bhing, dressing, and toileting while respecting clients' privacy. Attending to mealtime, ensuring dietary guidelines are adhered to.
• Medical Care Support: Help clients manage medicions and provide basic wound, cheter, and colostomy bag care. All training is provided!
• Therapeutic Activities: Facilite physical therapy and occupional therapy exercises from therapists and transport clients to medical appointments.
• Monitoring and Support: Observe and document clients participion and progress during activities . Work closely with rehabilition therapists and other team members to integre life enrichment activities into individualized trement plans.
• Emotional Support: Offer companionship and encouragement to help clients during recovery. Building a trusting relionship can significantly impact clients' morale and motivion, fostering a positive environment th supports their healing journey.
• Promote Independence: Encourage clients to make progress in their self-care abilities! Provide a safe environment and approprie resources th foster growth and development tailored to their current level of capability.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
• Entry-level roles are available, but experience in health care is preferred
