Our team is growing, and were looking for top-caliber Occupional Therapists to join us in Surprise and surrounding locions in Arizona. This position is partially staffed in one of our senior living community partners, Fellowship Square.

Valid Occupional Therapy license in the ste(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply

Degree from an accredited occupional therapy program
