Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Anchorage, AK. This home health assignment seeks a dedicated and compassionate clinician to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while providing in-home care across the Anchorage area.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Alaska OT license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience with Start of Care, Home Health documentation, and OASIS expected for higher client rates.
- Home health experience preferred, including charting and in-home patient management.
- Ability to manage a caseload averaging 56 patients per day and travel within a local drive radius around Anchorage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior home health travel or agency experience.
- Experience supervising or training new clinicians or new graduates.
- Familiarity with Medicare home health policies and documentation standards.

- Clinician will provide care within a small drive radius around Anchorage.
- Typical caseload about 56 patients per day.
- Start of Care and OASIS experience required for certain rate considerations.
