About the Role
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Small Steps, youll play an integral role in a collaborative care team, partnering with families and fellow clinicians to design and deliver thoughtful, individualized treatment. Youll coordinate with your supervising OTRs to support children with sensory, motor, and developmental needs, using evidence-based and play-centered approaches that align with each childs strengths and goals.
