We are seeking an On-Call Massage Therapist to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. This role is ideal for a skilled and service-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences in a luxury environment.

What You Will Do
  • Greet guests promptly, confirm treatments, and deliver a professional, relaxing service with the highest level of hospitality.
  • Perform massage treatments in accordance with all licensing requirements, sanitation standards, and local regulations.
  • Set up, maintain, and clean treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment, linens, and supplies meet quality and par standards.
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms efficiently between appointments, ensuring readiness for each guest.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across spa facilities, including back-of-house, relaxation lounges, and locker rooms.
  • Promote and recommend spa retail products using prescribed consultation guidelines.
  • Provide services in alternative locations, including guest rooms or event spaces, as needed.
  • Collaborate professionally and effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma required; completion of an accredited massage therapy program with valid licensing/certification.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an upscale spa or luxury hotel environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and composure when handling challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas is a plus.
