Minimum of one year healthcare experience Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details Schedule (Including any on call/weekends): 6 units daily; 30 units a week; 8 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Fri schedule. 1 weekend a quarter; no on-call. Travel Local travel to residential homes Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or higher Healthcare (1+ years) 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR Practice Partner EMR Valid Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (PA) Valid Regular Driver License (DL) Have you applied to or worked for Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the past 6 months?
