Desired Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) certification Previous experience working in school environments Demonstrated skill supporting mild to moderate student caseloads Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills Current California licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain) What You'll Do: Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with mild to moderate disabilities Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans to address students' speech, language, and communication needs Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as required Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success Serve as an essential resource and advocate for students' communication development Provide consistent therapy throughout the contract, supporting continuity of care while the regular SLP is on medical leave This position ensures you can apply your SLP-CCC skills to benefit K-12 students, all while fostering professional growth in a supportive, school-based environment.
