• Monday/Friday 8:00am -4:00pm
• Tues/Thurs 11:00am -7:00pm

Our outpatient Physical Therapists work with advanced equipment, experienced clinicians, and strong interdisciplinary support to deliver exceptional care.

About the Job

Provides physical therapy services to outpatients and/or inpatients of all agesfrom adolescents to adults and geriatricswith occasional developmentally based exceptions depending on clinical need.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate patients using subjective data, objective measures, clinical assessment, prognosis, and functionbased goals, establishing effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and modify patientspecific treatment programs to support functional progress and longterm outcomes.

• Develop and deliver patient and family education, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and understanding.

• Document all clinical findings, plans, and progress in the electronic medical record in a timely and accurate manner.

• Complete all required insurance and thirdparty payer information.

• Provide clinical supervision to new staff members and/or affiliating students as assigned.

• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.

• Maintain clinical competency and utilize equipment and techniques appropriate to training and experience.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and support a safe and positive patient experience.

Who You Are

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current (or pending) New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.

• CPR Certification.

• Experience in outpatient PT preferred (12 years).

  • Graston Technique

  • Lymphedema Certification

  • Dry Needling

• Strong timemanagement, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to provide safe patient handling and demonstrate appropriate physical and clinical judgment.
