Schedule

  • Shift: 18:30 07:00
  • Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
  • No on-call requirement
  • Holiday work expectation: 75%
  • Schedule cycle: Every 6 weeks

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years critical care experience in respiratory therapy
  • RRT credential with current North Carolina license
  • BLS and ACLS required for adult RTs
  • PALS and NRP required for NICU/Peds RTs
  • Experience in high acuity settings such as trauma centers preferred
  • Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Provide critical and acute respiratory care to a varied patient population (post-surgical, pneumonia, COPD, asthma, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with lead therapists and multidisciplinary teams
  • Operate advanced respiratory care technology including Servo systems, The Vest, Volara, Aerogen, and more
  • Adapt to unit/department needs as assigned
