Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans based on medical diagnosis and patient goals.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, self-care, and overall quality of life.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and home safety strategies.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge plans in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to discharge planning.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• OT (Occupational Therapy)
• Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain
• Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy
• Preferred 1 year Occupational Therapy
