What You'll Do

• Customize treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals
• Deliver exceptional massage experiences that encourage guest retention
• Build strong client relationships through professionalism and outstanding care
• Educate guests on services, wellness recommendations, and membership benefits
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout treatment rooms and common areas

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Massage Therapy License
• Current massage liability insurance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Swedish Massage required
• Experience with Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, or other modalities is a plus, but not required
• Passion for helping others through the healing benefits of massage therapy
