Responsibilities:How you'll contribute
Responsible for the direction, coordination, and oversight of Rehabilitation Services, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and restorative programming.
Coordinates and supervises day-to-day department operations, staffing, scheduling, productivity, and service delivery to ensure quality resident outcomes and operational efficiency.
Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Monitors rehabilitation documentation, MDS tracking, Medicare reporting, therapy outcomes, patient satisfaction, and departmental quality indicators to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.

Qualifications and requirements:
Current New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
Experience with MDS/PDPM processes for sub-acute and long-term care residents.
Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation practices, Medicare requirements, reimbursement systems, and regulatory standards.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
Experience working within Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Life Plan Community settings preferred.
