Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Physical Therapist professional certification required.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Minimum experience admitting and managing home health patients requiring physical therapy services.
- Ability to travel between patient homes within Roanoke, Salem, Franklin County, Bedford County, and Craig County.
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelors degree.

- Experience in home health settings.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility in scheduling and patient visit needs.

Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1600 (Monday through Friday schedule noted as 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
- Mileage reimbursement provided between patient visits, from first patient to last patient.
- Coverage area includes Roanoke, Salem, Franklin County, Bedford County, and Craig County; travel between patient homes required.
