Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Arlington, MA. This opportunity is in a skilled nursing facility and supports patient-centered care across rehabilitative and long-term care settings.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active MA Occupational Therapy state license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience providing occupational therapy in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and therapeutic interventions for geriatric populations preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
  • Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills preferred.

Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
  • Work Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
  • Meal break: 30 minutes.
  • Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
