- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-surgical conditions
- Perform gait training, transfer training, and mobility interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
