Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient Rehabilitation

Sedro-Woolley, Washington

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | MondayFriday, variable hours between 8:00 AM5:00 PM, with one Saturday per month required | Onsite

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR or ability to quickly adapt to facility EMR systems
• Ability to work variable daytime hours and one Saturday per month

• Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) workflows and patient populations
