Qualifications
- 3-4 days onsite: Patient care, evaluations, team collaboration, and mentoring
- 1-2 days remote: Telehealth, documentation, leadership development, and strategic planning
- Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
- Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
- Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain)
- Pediatric therapy experience required
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting the growth and development of fellow clinicians
