• 3-4 days onsite: Patient care, evaluations, team collaboration, and mentoring
• 1-2 days remote: Telehealth, documentation, leadership development, and strategic planning

Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in a supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists and clinical staff
• Assist with clinical supervision, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
• Promote evidence-based practices and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Support quality improvement initiatives and department goals
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused team culture

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain)
• Pediatric therapy experience required
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting the growth and development of fellow clinicians
