Position Summary The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of children and their families while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
• Educate families and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, educators, and caregivers to support patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
  • Bachelor's Degree accepted only if obtained through a transitional accreditation pathway
• Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
