Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Local & travel allowed.

No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Sanilac Medical Care Facility.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (SLP)- Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care

Preferred Skills/Experience: 1+ years minimum of current long-term care SLP experience

Shift & Scheduling: - Monday, Wednesday, Friday/Hours may be flexed per discretion of Therapy Manager- Weekend Requirements: Possible weekends- On Call Requirements: No call

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
