Working in a large, modern 340-bed hospital, youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient care and rehabilitation. This role offers exposure to advanced therapies, innovative documentation systems (Epic), and the chance to observe diverse clinical practicesensuring ongoing professional growth and leadership insight.

Schedule:

• 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• Set hours except during holidays when the unit is closed

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license
• Experience in a hospital-based therapy setting preferred
• Proficient with Epic electronic charting
• Strong adaptability, work ethic, and social skills
• COVID-19 vaccination required (with possible medical/religious declinations and weekly testing if exempt)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with a larger healthcare team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Accurately document patient care and progress using Epic
• Participate in care conferences and provide updates to patients families
• Adapt to various therapy needs across multiple units as required
