School Speech Language Pathologist - Stone Mountain, Georgia

This contract opportunity is ideal for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists seeking meaningful work within a dynamic educational environment. Both full-time (35 hours per week) and part-time assignments are available, with most caseloads located at a single site and age groups spanning preschool through high school.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Georgia Department of Education Certification required
• Valid Georgia SLP License in good standing
• Previous experience in school-based settings highly preferred
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Bilingual SLPs encouraged to apply for specialized assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy to students in a school setting
• Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to promote student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Caseload assignments may include sites such as Gideons Old 4th Ward, Drew Pre-K, various elementary and high schools, and community preschools
