Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Lansdale, PA

In this rewarding contract opportunity, youll provide essential speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population for the full school year, from August through June. Step into a full-time role (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM3:15 PM) supporting students who are blind or visually impaired, as well as those with multiple disabilities. Your expertise will directly impact their ability to communicate, learn, and thrive within an educational setting.

What Youll Bring:

• Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Proven experience in pediatric settings, particularly within schools
• Competency in delivering teletherapy and in-person services
• Familiarity with students with visual impairments and multiple disabilities is preferred
• Strong collaborative skills to partner with teachers, aides, and families
• Dedication to individualized, student-centered care
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload of approximately 22 students

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students ages preschool through secondary
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services as outlined in student IEPs
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet unique needs of students, including those who are blind or visually impaired
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as a key team member
• Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary staff to provide holistic support
• Utilize technology and teletherapy tools to enhance delivery of services when appropriate
