This travel role places you in a large, dynamic hospital setting, providing exceptional experience with diverse patient populations and modern clinical practices. Schedule/Hours

• 8-hour day shifts, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week, except when the unit is closed for holidays or during orientation week

Qualifications

• Speech Language Pathology license (state requirements apply)
• Experience charting in Epic required
• Strong adaptability and resilience to manage change well
• Team-oriented with outstanding social skills
• COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved declination with weekly PCR testing at your expense)
• Familiarity with hospital therapy settings; prior acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments and provide therapeutic interventions in a hospital environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a varied patient population
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and therapy staff throughout a 340-bed facility
• Accurately document patient care using the Epic system
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing priorities and occasional floating as needed
• Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards
