Qualifications:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to different environments and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to evidence-based and student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Assess students functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student success
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in school settings
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and compliance with educational requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
