Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP state license (NJ) and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility)
- School-based experience preferred; new graduates considered
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and driven to support diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise to multidisciplinary teams
